Legend Consulting and Southeastrans have been partnering for 11 years with Health Services for Children with Special Needs. HSCSN coordinates physical, mental, behavioral, developmental, and care services for special needs children and young adults.

Legend Consulting Inc and Southeastrans have enjoyed the privilege of working in the District for the last 11 years, partnering with Health Services for Children with Special Needs, Inc. (HSCSN). A Medicaid health plan, HSCSN coordinates physical, mental, behavioral, developmental, and care services for special needs children and young adults for over 5,000 individuals up to age 25.
